ecoTECH was formed back in 2001 to develop a closed panel timber frame solution for the UK based on the skill-sets found through the experience of Sweden over the past 30-40 years.  The size and appearance of the Low Carbon Smart Homes can be tailored to fit in with any local environment and come with a variety of facades, ranging from render systems, stone cladding, wooden cladding and brick. You can choose from one of our pre-designed ranges of houses or flats or we can build to your bespoke plans.  Lead times from design freeze are approximately 12 weeks.

The Swedish manufactured closed panels used for the external load bearing walls offer better levels of acoustic and thermal insulation which create high levels of thermal insulation and repeatable air tightness, critical for achieving CSH 4 plus. The panels are supplied to the site, complete with breather membranes, insulation, and plasterboard with secure by design triple glazed windows and doors all pre-installed.  UK factory-manufactured integrated floor and roof cassettes are added with ceiling boards pre-installed throughout the build with the added option of non-load bearing pods containing kitchens, bathrooms, disabled access wet rooms and a choice of factory installed renewable energy appliances such as Solar, Air Exchange Systems, Ground Source Heat Pumps, CHP and PV.  Full support is given from start to finish and you can choose which services you need us to perform from a full design and build to a minimum of manufacturing and erecting the structure on-site.
