We are committed to delivering the benefits of step-changing innovation in housing and the built environment. Our aim is to ensure that our energy efficient, off-site manufactured buildings meet the sustainability challenges of the 21st century in social, economic and environmental terms.
To meet current housing demands, the UK needs to build 3 million homes by 2020 of which at least one third will have to be affordable housing. With the spiralling energy costs and requirement to reduce the construction industries impact on the environment, new housing will have to be energy efficient so that by 2016 we will be providing zero carbon housing.
By using the closed panel timber frame from Sweden along with the latest MMC from our partners, it is ecoTECH’s mission to be the main supplier in the UK market of Zero Carbon build systems for sustainable development.
