The ORGANICS BY ecoTECH range of houses are a complete sustainable solution that can be configured to be fully compliant for DQS 2007 and achieve a Sustainable Homes rating up to Code level 6. The ORGANICS by ecoTECH home designs use the innovative eco-Pod concept, a unique range of off-site manufactured pods that can be organised to deliver a range of housing mixes.

The homes are designed to be sustainable, adaptable and fast to construct. A range of home types have been designed, from studios to 5 bedroom family houses.

The eco-Pod concept is a unique range of serviced modules containing all of the essential service elements required for sustainable modern housing. The units provide kitchen, bath, shower, staircase, storage, power, lighting, ventilation, heating, heat recovery and communications within a single off-site manufactured system.

The eco-Pod won ‘best off-site solution’ at Interbuild 2006.
